Admission
Entry is charged per person.
Session Inclusions
Your ticket includes access to 4 interactive game rooms. You may choose either a 60-minute or 90-minute session. Your session is valid for one continuous play period starting from your designated entry time.
Group Size
Each room is recommended for 2–5 participants and will be exclusively reserved for your group. You will not be required to share your game room with strangers

Queueing Policy
Game rooms operate on a rotating, shared-use system. If a room is currently occupied, guests must queue and wait for their turn.
Room Play Duration
Each room session lasts 7 minutes. You may choose from hundreds of games across various difficulty levels. At the end of the 7-minute cycle, your group must exit the room to allow the next group to enter.
Replay Conditions
If the arena is quiet, you are welcome to re-enter and replay your favourite rooms as many times as you like.
During busy periods, short queues may apply so that all guests receive equal opportunity to play.
Waiver Requirement
All participants must complete a waiver prior to entering the game area.
Entry will not be permitted without a completed waiver.
For guests under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the waiver on their behalf before arrival.
Footwear Requirement
Clean, flat, closed-toe footwear is strongly recommended. Participants wearing inappropriate footwear may be denied entry for safety reasons.
Bare feet are strictly prohibited. No guest is allowed to enter any game room without proper footwear.
Conditions of Entry
Tickets are non-refundable and valid for individual use only.
All participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled session for check-in and the safety briefing.
Late arrivals may result in reduced play time.

Facility Care & Damage Responsibility

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and fair experience for all guests, we kindly ask every participant to respect our facility, equipment, and property. By entering and using the EKPE Activate Games arena, you acknowledge and agree to the following guidelines:

1. Responsibility for Damage
All guests are expected to use our equipment and facilities responsibly.
If a guest intentionally damages any part of our property — including:
Game equipment
Sensors or digital devices
Walls, doors, mirrors, or flooring
Any fixtures, fittings, or structural elements
Any items owned by EKPE Activate Games
We reserve the right to require the guest to pay for the repair or replacement of the damaged item.

2. Serious Misconduct & Police Involvement
If a guest refuses to take responsibility for intentional damage or engages in destructive behaviour, EKPE Activate Games may:
Request the guest to leave the premises immediately
Contact the police to handle the situation
Provide CCTV evidence if required
We take the safety of our staff, customers, and venue very seriously.

3. Play Safely & Follow Staff Instructions
Our arena includes interactive, fast-moving games. For your safety and the protection of our equipment:
Please follow all instructions provided by our staff
If you do not understand how to play a game or use equipment, you must ask our staff for guidance
Staff members are always present inside the arena — please speak to them at any time
It is the player’s responsibility to ensure they understand the rules before participating
Your safety and the safety of others depend on responsible gameplay.

4. Respect the Venue at All Times
To maintain a high-quality environment for all guests, please:
Do not hit, kick, climb, or hang on equipment
Do not push or damage walls, doors, or panels
Do not misuse any electronic or pressure-sensitive devices
Do not run into or intentionally slam objects
Any reckless behaviour may result in removal from the arena without refund.
