Refund Policy

At EKPE Activate Games, we are committed to delivering an exciting and memorable experience for every guest. To ensure smooth operations and fair access to all customers, the following Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website, in-store, or via third-party platforms.

1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All tickets, game passes, party packages, group bookings, and any other services purchased are non-refundable.
Once payment has been processed, we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Personal schedule conflicts

Incorrect bookings

No-shows

Weather conditions

Illness or unexpected personal situations

2. Store Credit Option

If you can no longer attend your scheduled session, we are happy to offer Store Credit for the full value of your booking, provided that:

You contact us at least 24 hours before your session start time.

Store Credit can be used for:

Future ticket purchases

Party packages

Upgrades or add-ons

Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Your Booking

Instead of a refund, you may reschedule your booking to another available date or time.

To reschedule:

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance

Rescheduling is subject to availability

Bookings cannot be rescheduled after the session has started or if you do not show up

4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Guests who arrive late may have their play time reduced to avoid impacting other bookings.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

5. Third-Party Purchases

If your booking was made through a third-party platform (e.g., Groupon, RedBalloon, Klook, booking partners), their individual terms and conditions apply.
EKPE Activate Games cannot issue refunds for purchases made outside our direct booking system.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

EKPE Activate Games reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide Store Credit in rare circumstances such as:

Venue closures due to technical issues

Operational disruptions

Safety concerns

In such cases, we will contact affected customers directly.
